I have had a member pm me thanking me for this thread and sounding very much like they have a heavy weight on their shoulders to bear , I will not name them for obvious reasons but you know who you are please feel free to Pm me again and im more than happy to chat or if you are open to a call on the phone no prob Details needed or i will supply mine .
So please anyone feeling down and or over burdened please speak up and dont be ashamed or embarrassed to talk to any one here either via pm or openly or even by phone .
I know i speak for a very large majority here we can all be ear`s and do our best and im no specialist or professional but i will do my dammed best to allow anyone to Vent .

I suspect quite a lot of users here, know someone or has been through these things them selves. Plenty of us still have the black dog following us around from time to time.

While this place is primarily about Land Rovers, many of the friendships I have made here go far beyond that. There are a lot of great people on this forum.

Many of them are also great listeners, taking that first step is often the hardest but reaching out certainly makes a massive difference... do it.

Absolutely share the sentiment of this thread.
I’m (believe it or not) trained at work to be part of Suicide prevention.

I proudly wear stickers on my hard hat alerting others that I’m here is they want to talk, need help etc..

Also received extensive training in spotting those who may be struggling and how to approach and assist.

Suicide in Mining and Construction is a very serious issue, and never to be taken lightly.

Whilst I can come across on here a bit different at times, if you want someone to listen, I’m here...
