So is this one, oddly.
It's driving me nuts. It has only just started doing it. Yes, I always move photos I want to upload into a seperate folder as well. This time I tried using the "Insert Image" above, and loading it from the Gallery, and still it was rotated. The one of the fuselage simply appeared the right way up. I use both Photos and iPhoto. Next time I'm going to try Aperture. That'll show it.
What photo editor are you using?
With these I'm not using an editor at all, just Apple's Photos app, or iPhoto. The pics are not edited in any way. They apear the right way up in the app, and in the folder I add them to prior to the upload. AFAIK, I have changed nothing, and this just started happening, firstly to the pic I think you put up the right way for me.
Try using a photo editor, There are plenty of free one's available.
I use Paint.net [thumbsupbig]
On your iPhone/pad while the pic is still in your camera roll - tap to edit the pic. Use the appropriate tool to turn the pic upside down and save. Then edit the pic again to put it right side up and save again. Then when you upload pics from the phone they will be oriented properly. Presumably if you export to photos or aperture later the orientation will still be good.
