I do remember that he had to meet some sort of criteria. I'm lucky enough to have visited the principality and met the he prince. He gave us plenty of his time.
The whole thing started because of government beauracracy and they are still after him.

My point exactly. How they ever earned enough to pay or be liable for 3mill tax is beyond me. It's just a sheep/wheat station and tourist venture! But this seems to be a typical ATO thing of pursuing the little man while the Mr Bigs hide their profits overseas.
