G'day All, just popped in from testing out the new ride on, Ithought getting bogged in sand was hairy, driving this thing on wet, hilly land is an all together new experience . ANyhoo, thanks for the genuine feedback, it was a little tongue in cheek my original topic and the missus knows what I am like :? . WHen I got back and found out that it had taken and 1hr and a 1/2 to do the train runs, the guilts hit and I let her know that next time she can have it, plus as some you may have guess, conjugal rights were about to be yanked 8O , and we cant be havin that. SO yep the weekend to date has been spent handing over the reins, with comments of " whoo love the V8" " hmm makes you feel big and powerful" " gee I can park it". So thanks for all the good points though I have read most them after reading the comments, just so people know I do have some redeeming qualities . Plus I told her about the question in here, and I got the "I told you so" comments. Arr why do we dig these holes sometimes . She is content to driving the XR6 and if required can use my new beastie. In all fairness to myself I have only had it for 5 weeks, it was a reasonably tough call . Keep having agreat weekend, back to mowing,

    Hi Guys
I had the trailer on the Disco the other weekend for my lawnmowing round. She said when you are finished leave it on as I want to take some rubbish to the tip.
    The next morning when I was going to work the CDL,TCand ABS lights were on 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O
This is when I discovered my CDL lever had broken.
When I quizzed her about it she said I already knew the SRS light was playing up.       Judging by the mud on the tyres and trailer tyres she had a go at the mudhole up the tip, even admitted she went around the edge and not thru the middle like I let Lindsay last time he went up the tip with me.
I figure she forgot to unlock the CDL or couldnt?????
DONT MESS WITH MY TOY I told her You have your own 4x4

    Part2

went to visit Lenthals dam on the way home from Bundy on Friday,, raining, raining, raining, we'd been at Across The Waves for lunch and Di offered to drive home (wot a girl  )
about 15 kays of muddy dirt out to the dam and on the way back to the Highway I said " Lets go for a run thru the quarry"

and Di wheeled BUB straight into hell.

It turned out to be great fun with Di getting BUB all crossed up and covered in mud.
In fact I've just spent the last couple of hours try to get it off----
    the mud that is,

I'm with everyone else, let her drive it. You're way out of line on this one and deserve a good basting! And look on the bright side, you can justify the purchase, and if she does prang it then think of the brownie points you'll have ! Enought to last the whole week!
