Aust Post... what a sad organisation.
If I want to post a letter/document to someone in Alice, the letter leaves Alice and goes to Adelaide.
Along with every other piece of mail it is sorted and then returns to Alice whereby it is then delivered...4 to 5 business days later.

We don't have too many dramas, we get stuff from Melb to Darwin, Perth overnight, remote a couple of days, local that's another story. Generally pretty good, it depends on how it is sent, if it is going standard post or eparcel then wait.

Drop Shipping, I have ordered stuff from Sydney sellers and the item arrives from China

    Need I keep going?

But on topic - I'm still waiting for a Varta battery that I ordered on eBay last week from Sydney, and was promised delivery by no later than last Thursday.

Prior to ordering that, I had previously ordered and paid for an Odyssey battery from an eBay store in Adelaide. They took my money ...................... before cancelling the sale and telling me that they did not have the product they had sold me in stock. Won't be dealing with that one again.
    Cheers .........

Drop shipping is ok for a seller if their supplier has the stock, if the supplier doesn't have the stock then they have egg on their face, often these sellers do not want to put their money up front and buy stock so they drop ship, very common these days. As for real slow postage, it usually occurs when seller has FREE postage, they use the cheapest form of post which is the slowest also. Hence I dislike eparcels .
What my biff is, I asked the seller if the item was in Sydney as advertised and not coming from O/S and the assured me from Sydney stock. So they blatantly lied.

If you feel you have been wronged, then let your feedback reflect the service. Simple.

Feed back is a ****, I left feed back on a purchase where the seller was an absolute liar, I said so in the feed back, seems ebay does not let you use the word liar and removed the comment.

So synonyms don't work? A slathering of passive aggressive innuendo shouldn't be beyond you.
The comment may slide, but the rating sticks, surely?

If it's crap service you were given, then tell it like it is. I think ebay has moved beyond the 'A1+++ top seller' bandwagon days of 2006. And rightly so.
