Whatever they drive whether it be a Camry or other buzz box, they love to give the impression of being as good as an F1 driver. As long as I'm not in the passenger seat I couldn't careless.
That reminds me, I flogged a little Datto 1000 (I think) 20 odd years ago to a mate for his son....... good little car blown up within a fortnight!

I just didn't respond.
I did have one fellow who followed up his lowball offer with an email asking me why I didn't respond. I responded to that basically telling him his offer was not worthy of a response.
I did have one fellow make me a lowball offer. He said everything in my description was bull****. He did come out and have a look at the car and found out my description wasn't bull****. He did agree to pay my price and offered a deposit but had to clear the purchase with his missus first. Two weeks later he phoned me with the news he could purchase the car as long as he signed the divorce papers. Good job I didn't take the deposit.
Yep, the lowballers can be a pain if you let them. As has been said, just ignore them.
