In all honesty, I have kinda lost some enthusiasm for the hottest 100 in recent years - starting to feel a bit like Grandpa Simpson myself. Used to listen to the 100 in the 90's and early 2000's and nearly every song was a winner to me. Now Im lucky to hear maybe 5 songs in the list that grab me. Im still stuck in the 90's rock/grunge timeline

My tapes are Kenny Rogers, Abba, John Williamson, Marty Robbins etc etc.

Gone through my list a third time - down to 19....
