    Ah women

I had a look on Evil bay and saw a perenti that I would like to own. You know a bit of idle day dreaming, not even considering a remote chance of actually owning it. Mentioned it in passing to the minister of war and finance the other day. Well I am a little stunned now. Missus has given me the green light to pursue this vehicle. Had not even bothered to go to the pleading and cajoling stage as I thought that I had know chance. May still come to nothing yet but will see. Just wondering though why the missus was so amicable about it all, hmmm My spider senses are tingling I sense danger

I had a similar discussion with my better half recently on getting the GOE 18s and was all ready for a long and drawn out refusal. "You should get those" she says. "That price isn't unreasonable really". "Here's some money for them. Make sure you get at least five as you'll want a matching spare". Nearly a fortnight ago and it all still seems like a dream that didn't happen. I guess I'll know in Feb If only I could work out the combination that led to that...

Could it be the Christmas spirit breaking out?

We arrived at church today to see a friend had driven the Perentie he recently bought to take fishing.
"That looks good - we should get one of those as a project when we retire, " she said. I quickly agreed.

I have been a good boy of late. Just finished a pergola and about to start the carport. That might have some thing to do with the bosses benevolent state of mind. As noted I will be moving rather quickly on this one.
