RIP John Young
In my younger years, I used to be able to recite the crews of the Apollo missions to the moon.
Sorry to hear another of this elite group of people has passed away.
John Young, the legendary NASA astronaut who walked on the moon, dies aged 87 - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)
RIP John. An inspiration to countless people.

Yep, unfortunately time moves on. The Apollo missions to the moon paved the way for settlements on the moon by the end of the 20th century. It did not happen. John Young was a trailblazer and is fortunate to be one of only a few to walk on another world. RIP John Young.
