All mine continually emptied my pockets.[bigsad]
Years ago,the S1 in my sig decided it didn’t want to stay upright.
It had a light roll, the front seat passengers were fine as it had just had seat belts fitted.
Us kids in the back all landed in the one spot in the back, and one of the rear side windows fell out, the corner hitting me in the upper arm, causing a gash that was later stitched up.

Besides whacking my head on a few bits of Land Rover I have only had 1 major injury.
In around 2010 when the D3 was new I jumped in to drive from the driveway into the carport.
Must have bumped the Raise Suspension knob, when I came to alight from the car it was a lot higher than expected!
Right leg back under car, head hit wall of carport & pulled muscle in left leg.
I sort of laughed, sort of swore & then made SWMBO very amused when I had to explain why I had a lump on my head, a limp & red dirt all over me.
If only I had bumped the knob the other way.[bigsad]

I think the worst has probably been skinned knuckles when a bolt or nut came undone suddenly, or perhaps when shutting a bonnet with a tyre on it and finding that fingers were not clear, but none of them have been significant enough to actually remember as a memorable event.
