ICBM alert in Hawaii, what would you do?

By now most would have heard of the false alarm in Hawaii. A couple of things stand out to me. One, there doesn't seem to have been a co-ordinated plan for such an event. People just didn't know what to do. Two. If you were there as a tourist, what would you do?

‘BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII,’ the alert screamed. It was a false alarm.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I probably wouldn't have done anything because I am not one of those people glued to their mobile phone. I wouldn't have got the text message.
