Look see if Fred Smith is making any significant purchases( by watching items.) He seems to drive up there regularly. Probably best to check with him first.

He must have at least a B double with the amount of stuff that he buys every month.

How much gear did you buy?

I'll be there Monday for a pick up and might be able to help co-ord your gear for the courier to pickup.....might be of some help?

    Cheers,

    Jason

Thanks for the offer. I bought four brake boosters, so not large items, but because they’re unpackaged it’ll probably be more practical to use Pack and Send, in this case.
Even if the items were packaged and freight was booked online, the freight companies won’t accept anything without a connote attached.

Sorry, I just found this thread.

Do you want me to pick them up and package them and you either arrange a courier or hold them till the AULRO courier service or something else comes around.

The courier would be a business address in Milperra 2214 to your place.

    Diana

BTW: I'm going down to Gippsland for the South Coast Show N Shine at Toora, leaving Sydney 22nd Feb arriving Strzelecki Ranges same day.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

Thanks Diana, but I’ve booked the pickup with Pack and Send because it actually works out pretty good if you have multiple items. The example quote I got for shipping a starter motor of $114 is the same price they’ve quoted for 4 x brake boosters, and considering I paid a lot less for the boosters than expected, I don’t mind paying a bit for freight.
    Cheers
