Congrats Bob, I've got a few, and they are special in many ways,....but not the pooey nappies,...with which I do not get involved.
And yes, "Syria" & the likes,....I am thankful everyday that I was not born into that "environment".
    Enjoy, Pickles.

    Congratulations Bob. Revenge is sweet.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

A sophisticated replica of James Bond, at least in my own mind. But after being humbled by the miracle of birth, I realise going to old fart is a promotion. Now my mission is to be the best Poppy I can be .

Mary and I won't spoil her much......She has character, even at less than a day old. A very determined little look on her face, " you blokes think you are in charge, well, we'll see about that ". Or it could have been wind.

70 and first grandchild. Wow! Congratulations...

I’m going to be a Grandpa in May, at the ripe old age of 44... (Son is 23)...

Not sure what to expect. I'm officially an old fart

Congratulations, they certainly are fun, that is once they get past the mustard factory stage.

    I have two,a boy about 4,girl around 2 and a half.

    They say some amazing things.

Yesterday the boy told me 'the earth is flat, and i won't fall off the edge cause it is really really really cold at both ends'

HE was on about atoms last week......

And whale sharks the week before, they do grow to 20meters,i heard him say about 300 times...

    Certainly fun and games.

And Tombie,i was the same,a bit apprehensive before they arrived, but you just go with the flow, easy as.

Mrs Tombie will know what to do,Mrs Scarry certainly did sort things out on occasions.

It sort of becomes a new stage in your life,i love having them over.

Expect that life is not now all about you.
