The On Target Forum has been removed.

We are on a Land Rover forum and the majority of the forum wouldn’t use the on target area.

I’m guessing there are plenty of firearm forums/websites to discuss, share etc........

I’m also guessing the arrangement with Adsense helps keeping the forum afloat.

You could say the same about the fishing,dogs,bikes,and numerous other areas on this forum that aren’t directly associated with Land Rovers....

Ferret, if we have had to remove the whole On Target Forum...

Would seem what was in the On Target section would fall within the adsense acceptable use guidelines policy of allowing hunting / sporting discussion. Unacceptable guidelines seem to be centred around discussion driving firearms sales, violent / illegal content such as bomb manufacture / use and the like.

Has AULRO received a warning from adsense over the content of "On Target" which has prompted this?

Yep I could but they aren’t in the cross hairs......

I mainly logon for Land Rover content, everything is a bonus.....I’m a member on other forums for activities I like I.e. hiking, MTBing etc. if I owned a gun I would join a gun forum.

The said could be said about the Brewers den, photography, fishing etc etc.
Actually since no one is selling any fire arms or ammo it doesn't breach any policy.

i fought this as long as i could

could not let it drag on any further as it was getting out of hand.

and they dont give you specifics, you have to manually hunt through the content to find the violations

massive amount of mans hours could be wasted looking for it
