I think 150k is a bit steep, but you never know what the market is prepared to pay so it's worth putting it out there. For that money I'd be expecting a concours car - full nut and bolt restoration, or alternatively, a track racing version, fully prepped and modified.
A year or two ago, a car that was in very good condition, driven regularly and with high quality paint and interior finishes would go for around the $90-100k mark.

I sold my 1967 Austin Healey 3000 MkIII BJ8 last year and it didn't take that long to shift it. They are stunningly pretty cars, have a beautiful exhaust note, plenty of horsepower and they are really good fun to drive. While they might not be as 'sexy' as E-Types, or command such a high price, they get an equal number of thumbs-up, waves and random people taking pictures of them.

Many historic & collectable car prices are rocketing up these days. 1985 HDT VK Group A $285k,....would've been lucky to make $100k just a couple of years ago,....not bad for a car that cost $22k in 1985,...tax free gain too,.....how long will that last?.
