No, seriously, we are at the place whose official name is The Edge of the World. It's in Tasmania.
I suggested tonight that we might just stay here for six months to escape the Coronavirus. I mean, the wind is whipping in from Argentina at a fair pace, so what chance does a mere virus have? This may be the safest place in Oz.
The 88 year old FIL replied that he'd prefer not to die from boredom just to escape some virus.

Good work Mick, I love Tasmania - itís a great place. I spent a year there for work (25+ years ago), and have been back multiple times since. Enjoy yourself.

Here it is, The Edge of the World. Claimed to have the cleanest air in the world. Lots of driftwood. Argentina is out there somewhere.

I hope you made use of the driftwood and enjoyed a nice campfire.

Lake Chisholm, a flooded sinkhole, among the ginormous mountain ash and other trees, in the Tarkine Wilderness.
    George is in his element.
BTW we saw two quolls here, but both scurried off too quick for a pic. One was chasing a paddy melon. I realised quolls are not cute little vegies, but nasty meat eaters, like Tassie Devils.Where are you logging in from (not your home town)
