Yep, the Albany guys don't do Land Rover any longer. To stay within the clan they were required to spend millions on a new showroom so they said, no thanks....

I thought there was a really good Indy down there....

I knew albany was off the menu. But at the moment in Geelong vic
So they still are a DEALERSHIP??

Until recently, Albany World of Cars was an independent LR dealer (along with quite a few other brands) and they had a very good reputation. They were the only dealership in WA not owned by Barbagallo (even Gold City Land Rover in Kalgoorlie was part of Barbagallo's Southern Land Rover).

I haven't heard the reason behind the decision, but Albany World of Cars is apparently no longer a Land Rover dealer - it you check out their website, the Land Rover logo no longer appears there.

Yes, that particular mob are still a LR dealership. Trouble, I think, is that they are dealers for almost anything in Geelong.
