Funny how tastes are so different.

I can't abide peanut butter, but my sister always ate it straight out of the jar and still does.

I like fresh, raw cashews, raw macadamias, and sweet potato chips for snacking. They are my go to's for road trips.
Used to be right into sunflower seeds and pepitas with the nuts too, but haven't bought any for ages.
Japanese black sesame and rice crackers are nice when I can find them.

I have recently been re-acquainting myself with tinned sardines, used to loved them spread on toast as a kid but for some reason i had forgotten about them.
Will add a few tins to my camping food kit.

    Sardines are good.
Been having them plus salmon for lunch lately.
    Cheap and easy.

I put some finely diced onion and lemon/lime juice with my sardines and mash them all together, They are Fantastic on toast or in a sanger and on top of that they are actually good for you

That makes them sound a bit more tolerable...not sure I could just chow down on sardines alone.

Like with many foods sardines may be an acquired taste But personally I have absolutely No problems eating them straight out of the tin

Snack food is NOT supposed to be good for you!

If it is good for you it is:
    1. Not snack food.
    2. Not worthy of being eaten.
    3. Does not have the required nutritional values of a good snack food which is 0.

    Just my Opinion.
