Quite a lot of roadhouses I have come across offer free condiments But they are in bottles Not the little packages.
These usually consist of salt, pepper, chicken salt and vinegar and often there will be a squeezy bottle of tomato sauce and or barbeque sauce.

you will note there is a thick leather like substance sticking out from under the pastry. this hard leather like material was the gravy. with a side of mashed potatoe and that green stuff is supposed to be spinach, but it was not like any spinach I ever tasted, Jim's mowing must be their spinach supplier.
