I've just bought a Rhino platform and backbone stuff for the D4 and got a big discount off the retail price. Over 300 bucks which is quite a few cartons ......

Yes. 2.1mtr long x 1.246 wide. I didn't want the wider version at 1.426 as that would make the shade etc. stick out too far and maybe they'd get hung up in scrub.
I fitted the backbones today without any problem and that was a further saving of 220 bucks... although I believe the Rhino Rack store on Scarboro Beach Rd do it cheaper.
If you do it yourself make sure you run a 6M tap down the holes first.
