If your going to say such things - lets get it right - it is not a rebadged Citroen it is a rebadged Peugeot - PSA with links closer to Ford rather than GM. Maybe we could stretch that long bow to calling the new Dunnydore a Ford Dunnydore

Peugeot, Citroen, both strange French assemblies.
    I can't see a difference.

We've been down this path before, Ford 323, Mazda Laser, Holden Camry, Toyota Apollo.

    We could call it Adelaide
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

After having owned and really appreciated an EL fairmont, hopping into a BA and Territory was a letdown, the interiors seemed really flimsy and creaky. Shame because they had other good things about them. I wonder if ancap is favouring crumple interiors over proper stuff.

Ancap seem to be responsible for headrests that push into the back of your head nowadays, instantly incurring rage within me and crick neck. The ancap score goes down a long way when you have to take the headrest out and spin it around or leave it out entirely.

My impression is that holden actually replaced a turbo petrol in the new commodore with a na V6? Modern turbo petrols supposedly have lovely bottom end torque. Not many people have love affairs with V6's.

No, just didn't mention it. Nor the Ford 626 or Mazda Telstar or Nissan Astra or Holden Pulsar or Nissan Corsair or Ford Pintara.

Hey, Nissans were rebadged as Fords and Holdens. Who'd a thunk it.

Nailed it. What Holden didn't realise. Wheels gave their "coveted" COTY to a Kia. Holden did not see THAT coming.

It should be noted: Wheels is only as good as the morons they pay, and they, too, will reap what they have sown. That 'Wheels' 'Motor' hegemony is broken for ever. Seriously, so it should be.

The journalistic standard, and more importantly the writing, has become beyond abysmal, and most articles have been advertorials for about 20 years.

Where are the Evan Greene's the LJKS Setrights, the James Llewellyyns, the James Mays, the Romsey Quints ( yes, I know...) the Bill Tuckeys, the George Bishops? The people who write these advertorials these days are not a patch on what a motoring journo should be. I reckon even "I crashed an F40" Robinson would agree,

Yes, Wheels. You nailed it, Andy. People railed against cash for comment. How much cash propped up Holden? It is a fair question, Mods.
