What have I missed then???

Hiya Boys & Girls,

We've finished touring around NZ now, the Camel is down at the docks here in Auckland, waiting to be loaded onto a ship bound for the UK and we'll be flying back home next week.

Now that I have the luxury of a regular web connection, I thought I'd better show my face again.

So... What have I missed over the past few months? I know Sean is trying to organise a run of the old Camel Trophy route from Cairns to Darwin & Steve has got himself a new job but everything else I've missed out on.

The big question is: Has Ali (Reeds90) managed to break anything yet?

But did you do a tour of Alice Springs here etc around the middle of last year by any chance???

G'day Mark, how's it going?
Actually the idea for the Camel re-run was Vlads, I was trying to help him with the organising.
I've been in touch with Ronnie and am at the moment hot on the trail of Glenn Jones

Hmmm.... Yep, it could well have been me. I think we were there July last year and were in town for approx 1 week.

I must say that your local dealer (Suttons) is probably one of the few that actually know what they're doing too.

Glad you made contact with Ronnie, nice bloke. If you ever get to meet him, he's got some great stories to tell. :wink: Tell you what, you might want to try & get him along for the ride... After all, him & Glenn won the team spirit award.

I'm actually living up near Katherine at the moment - but it's handy to know that someone knows what they're doing

BTW, is this yours???

If so, do you remember this sitting in the carpark???
