Unless you have the Royal Warrant, live with your lot.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I am quite happy with my lot, I don't envy those poor buggers that had to travel to the other side of the earth and then get forced to watch the opening and closing ceremonies

Yeah, I'm not sure it was the best they could do, they chose a company from the USA to organise it. Too long, too boring, a little too much kitsch. But, hey, it's all about the athletes and the competition, isn't it? Any one complaining about the opening ceremony has missed the entire point. A bit like living in Birmingham, I would imagine.

The athletes voted with their feet. Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed the days of competition.

Agreed - the competition was great as was the high standard of sportsmanship shown throughout the games - I really enjoyed it.
