Those rich guys are not Australian Americans British Chinese etc.. they are cosmopolitans. They are not bond to one nationality. New York, Sydney, London Beijing are all the same to them.

There is already relatively free movement of capital and resources...so that's why some say the missing piece is open boarder so ppl can move freely for Max efficiency

Also there is purchasing power part which you briefly mentioned. Yes you are right.
But bear in mind that the reason to move manufacturing overseas, is lower cost and more profit. It is a brilliant idea and it has generated enormous wealth for the rich. And it is painfully obvious that these money will not be invested in the original country where the industry is removed from. Maybe only in war and centerlink

Anyway those rich British, Americans or Aussie couldn't care less. Like I mention, they are not bonded to one nationality anyway....
