Surely these policemen have a simple guildbook with lots of photos etc....
    Can we get this?

I don't believe they will read ADRs after work....

They pointed me toward this link View - Queensland Legislation - Queensland Government and indicated/confirmed all I need is two external reflective mirrors in good working conditions. this wording is similar/same as ADR.

re: cameras fitted to the rear of cars (work utes/vans etc) so long as you have two compliant external rear vison mirror on each side off the car than as above the internal rear vison mirror is not required, the mentioned again that you need two reflective mirrors.

now to try and get the police to remove the suspended fine

Just being picky, but I assume you mean either

"so long as you have two compliant external rear vision mirrors, one on on each side"

    or

"so long as you have (delete two) one compliant external rear vision mirror on each side

near impossible contacting qld police for a minor issue like this, no problem with me as they probably out doing some policing........so sent an email, I finished the email off by indicating I would continue using the sun shades until I receive a response

How to stir a copper? I have found the best way to stir a copper is to answer all of the repeated ridiculous questions with either yes or no in a calm and patient manner. If you offer any further information or elaborate it just gets you into deeper ****.
Yes, there were lots of repeated questions. There were many of the same questions just phrased in different ways. The police woman had nothing on me and she knew it. The vehicle was registered and I had done nothing wrong. I remained below the speed limit whilst following a caravan where all the other vehicles in front of me exceeded the speed limit to overtake it. Obviously I looked suspicious because I was following the road rules.

Is that stirring the pot? What a strange world we live in. It's more socially acceptable to bash a copper nowdays.

When my mother is enraged, it's a poor decision to stand anywhere within striking distance.
I have zero control over her actions. Nor will you have.

Usual procedure I think is you have to either pay the fine and then write and seek leniency, or challenge the fine and go to court.
Sounds like you have a case. Mind you, get all your evidence in writing, as phone conversations are worthless in court.
You won't get legal aid because of funding cuts, so you either need a friendly solicitor or have to present your own case.

Strange ****ing state you lot are running up there!

Mate; first, may I say, thank goodness you have Female Policewomen! Those male policewomen look terrible! Pulled over by Police Woman - obstructed Rear View Mirror

I’m concerned the Officers are being asked to police these kinds of things. Or the profiling; where if I ride my bike up there I’m a target and I have Skin Ink, so again I’m a target...

Yet this sort of item is being policed and recorded?

As I will repeat - I have no problem with Police; they are there to enforce the laws of the governing body. Sometimes they really do get the rough end of the stick having to deal at the public interface.

Don’t worry too much Weeds, I’ve been in multitudes of Police Notebooks and systems over the years. Just make sure you’re on the level and it’s all good.

I haven’t been fined....the fine was suspended as I removed the Sun shades on the spot, the issue I have is the car is now recorded in there system with photos and comment for if I’m pulled over again or number plate recognition alerts them. Just trying to get the suspended record removed.

Umm, it would be scary having male policewoman

Yeah it the photos and recording that I had an issue with...given she didn’t issue the fine.

Anyways I printed all my notes, webpage and email and will pop it in the seat cover.
