    1. Paid for by him.

    2. He does the washing.

    Simple.

    Kick the little bugger out.

If you keep doing his laundry you will never get rid of him.

Just don't do what I did when I moved out of home as a youngster, and had a pair of trousers covered in grease after a Saturday morning at work waterblasting the underside of kenworths...put my grey pants in washing machine with bleach. Came out nice and clean...but pink!

Not always.. Eldest left home years ago, still brings his washing here.- but does it himself. Also hard-wired for Twin - Tubs.
    - Just gotta find ways to encourage him to bring his own washing detergent !

Buy an ex coin op machine. Keep the key to the money box hidden. Then see how long it takes to pay off !

Washing soda is similar to sodium percarbonate and will also help to cut through grease. Use the hottest water you can and presoak them in a bucket or tub.

When were Wedmaiers an LR dealer? Not when Leyland Truck & Bus were the distributors as T&B were the only retail dealer in Greater Brisbane. The Retail Sales Manager used to hit the roof if he found a country dealer had wholesaled an LR into a Brisbane BMC dealership.

Our young bloke is a HD diesel mechanic. He has the added luxury of working on diesel and hydraulic machinery in an underground mining environment. If you think a workshop environment is grubby .............. I can show you worse.

When he was living at home, he used to put all of his work clothes through a laundromat once a week (yes - he did it and paid for it himself).
Since he bought his own house, he has always had two washing machines in the laundry. One is a washer and dryer in one, the other just a washer (and he has a separate dryer). I think he uses the washer / dryer for his grubby work clothes. Takes longer, but if he does a load every couple of days, he always has clean, dry clothes when he needs them.

He is currently over in Bendigo for a year or so, as workshop superintendent for a Kalgoorlie based underground mining contractor who has won an underground development contract at a mine not far out of Bendigo. He drove over and took a bit of gear with him on his trailer - including the washing machine that he uses for his dirty work clothes.
    Cheers .........

After Leyland fell over there was JRA & then Wedmaiers became Jaguar Rover dealers , not while they were BMC dealers . My father bought a new LR S3 SWB 2 1/4 lit from them . 005wedmaiers.jpgwedmaiers 1.jpg This LWB S3 was sold by Wedmaiers new , it was for sale out the front of the old Wedmaiers Kelvin Grove Garage a couple of years ago. It was being sold by the original owners daughter & was bought by Russelrover. I can remember they sold a LWB S/W to Kelvin Grove Teachers Collage. Around the time I left to join our family business they were awarded a contract to service & do repairs up to X $ on Army Land Rovers.
