    Pics from the bone yard

Hey all, finally got a few pics together of a couple old rovers I've got, blue series Ute is still a goer, gets some use around our place, series 3 shorty bad rusty floor, but very salvageable, Holden six in that one, red range rover was parked there still a runner, only just, more compression coming from oil filler cap than in the cylinders, lol. The 2 door range rover will make it into the work shop one day soon, shed extention first. Flat tray series 2 still in active service on our good friends stud merino farm in the southern midlands of tassie. crop protection unit, love that ol thing,.

Thought that the following may be of interest. Not wanting to steal your thread, just for comparison. I did not know about this at the time, or I may have done something about it. At one time a tourist operator in Phuket had several forward control Land Rovers doing jungle runs. The only problem here with any old car is that it is more than likely to have a Japanese engine replacement in it.

That's awesome, wonder how you would go getting a couple of landys like those back into Oz, I'm sure someone out there has done it? I take it they be cheap to buy but freight would probly make it not so viable.
