Geez Matt, why do you always take things personally ? we're just having a gentle dig, lighten up. All the blokes taking pot shots are fellow petrol heads, we just don't worship at the altar of two make V8's

I never said it was boring, nor derided anyone or their interests.
Just that I would find it more appealing if there was more manufacturers, (not Nippon crappo ones either)

I think all that pent up pre season angst is getting to you. Bring that season on....

I wont be drinking to much Stevo as I have to drive back to Bris but I am happy have you bring me the cokes :wink:

I dont have a problem, and i have no need to lighten up. I have no problem with the motor sport you worship, all forms of motor sport get my vote, i just dont see the need for someone to come onto a thread about v8s and go on about how bikes are better. End of discussion. Matt

I wont disagree with you there, another make would be good for the series, and why toyota or mitsubishi can just be allowed to make a shell with a 5L pushrod v8 engine annoys me. They carry on about production car series etc etc. But the road going commodores and falcons dont run pushrod 5L v8's anymore so why should the new manufacturer have to comform to this in order to qualify?
