Not a good thing to be right about. Any confirmation other than that?

Hope the water level is low. Being trapped upside down under water in a channel too narrow to get the doors open, it has shades of the seaworld ride disaster.

We wanted to experience Gunshot, but we weren’t prepared to risk our vehicles and safety in such a remote place. What you can’t see in this video is the snatch strap connected to the rear of the vehicles, so we could do the drop in relative safety. This was a great way to do it. Yes, there is an ‘easy’ bypass but it was fun to do Gunshot. There’s lots of hero 4wders who would be too proud to attach a strap, but they’re the ones who end up doing damage to their vehicle and the track.
Personally I’m happy the OTT is not maintained because it’s a true 4wd adventure. When it comes to the hard stuff like Gunshot or Nolan’s Brooke its totally your decision whether you do them or bypass them.
I think the main problem with these situations is, there’s just too many idiots with no common sense wanting to impress their mates.

Smart move! It’s a lot worse than that now though.
Almost vertical and the undercut at the bottom stops the vehicle being able to “roll out”

the 60 series that came to grief on gunshot, OTL , least they could drive it out.

Far too many heroes up there for me to venture that way, all fuelled by Ego , no way you would do that stuff if there was no peanut gallery, specially so far from home & when theres a safe route.

    interesting jury rigged windscreen
