    Maniac driver or high or drunk?

    My eldest son and girlfriend were out last night. They witnessed a car being driven on the wrong side of the road and the driver crashed 3 red lights (whilst driving on the wrong side of the road). This driver did stop at one red light as there was a red light camera. My son's girlfriend phoned the police and they have asked him for his dash cam footage.

    I turned onto Canberra Ave (a divided road) in Kingston once only to face a bloke driving down it the wrong way.
    His eyes were as big as dinner plates when he was facing me and realised what he'd done.
