I am being bounced this morning and now with a screen saying the forum is very busy and to log in . When I do log in the same thing happens again and so on.
This also happened yesterday morning for a short time.

I had this happen a couple of times when trying to hit the "new posts " icon , yet I could click on " forum home" and every time the forum list would show.

Yeah same, seem to only get it on 'new posts', wait a few minutes and then it works.
Yes it was when going to new posts that it happened to me.

Most users ever online was 2594, 22nd June 2018 at 11:21 AM.
Appears there was an issue only a few days ago. Not now though. I have been getting the same issues as above.
I assumed it was a forum setting set a little too tightly.
They are hammering the database server which is a separate machine
It comes and goes
Hopefully they lose interest sooner rather than later
