There's a D4 TDV6 on Carsales located at Slacks Creek. I'm willing to pay a qualified person for doing an inspection on the vehicle.

No, with the extra weight of the Goldstream camper the old 300tdi, with well over 400k, is finding it a bit of a struggle.
I'm in a quandary, as a good D3 appears to be in the $17k-$25k mark and for that I reckon I could maybe throw one of Marios Beemer m57's into the old girl!

I had a look at the D4 at Slacks Ck and as luck would have it, there was a mechanic doing a pre-purchase on it for another party. He was going to advise his client of several things about the vehicle, which he kindly pointed out to me, and also pointed out that they would not let him take it for a drive. We both thought that a wee bit odd.
