Makes for a great afternoon. 5km walking loop with mates through inner western Sydney.

Bentspoke in Canberra is my favourite at the moment. Don't think you guys in QLD have this one up there yet or for that matter half of what I have just mentioned.

Balter and Stone & Wood are pretty good though.

Living in Canberra for two and a half years Bent Spoke was our Wednesday afternoon hangout.
Bloody good brews.

Now living half an hour from Stone and Wood guess what my go to is now. [emoji4]

That is my finding about many craft beers. Odd taste and grossly overpriced. The little craft bars usually have undersized glasses as well.

My local Leagues Club sells schooners of mainstream beers for $6.50.

Not ideal I think, they ended up changing to decimal currency. [bighmmm]

The brew house in Brisbane makes a good craft beer when my partner has to go to the matter hospital I tend to go there as it's across the road I find beers from our big brewers is just crap sort of like bundy rum.[biggrin]

Tooborac Pub on the Northern Hwy in central Vic does their own range of six beers. Not a bad one among them. Especially if you prefer a fuller-flavoured brew. Available to take-away (great labels!) or you can get them at the tap there, too. Decent feed. Recommended.

Bundy rum = cattle dip/ tick poison....

On my above mentioned foray, I did enjoy a beer from the Green Beacon Brewery in Teneriffe. "Windjammer" was the name, from memory.
