I’m making a huge batch of Ruby Grapefruit Marmalade at the moment - got pile of them from a friend the other day and they’re good for nothing else and today is a perfect jam making day.👍

Had no water in the tanks at all yesterday maybe 500ltrs, was gonna buy 25k ltrs tommorow if we didn't catch any. Caught about 10k litres off half the house into the poly tank, I havnt checked the concrete one but I'm guessing it's pretty full it has heaps more catchment. If I owned the place I'd have double the capacity. Might go have a look at moonee ponds creek which runs through the guts of my place, it normally fills up about 2mtrs with this type of down pour pretty scary.
