Well my parcel arrived yesterday. No evidence of any GST payment. No idea why it had a 8 day holiday in Receivals in Perth....

Well, I am going to ask. What are Cramer silicone finishing tools? Never before heard of them.

A well known company (there are a few old threads on their tricks) - of course you have any obligation to pay any Aust taxes and associated fees but any related to the actual shipping is the senders responsibility. I have called them out on his on two shipments and they backed down - with other carriers any govt related charges are forwarded by the carrier but on the appropriate customs documentation - rarely additional shipping costs.

    Good luck

I have an Ashcroft reco LT77 sitting in Customs. They rang and said they want duty paid. I said , how could that be as the one I got 6 months ago came through OK. They wanted my email to send the bill but it hasnt come yet.
The G,box was 645GBP so I converted it to 1131 AUD so they are right. The exchange rate is not in our favour just now.
