One of my building crew did this at the Ensham mine site near Blackwater (Qld) a few years ago. Those OH&S guys have no sense of humour what so ever.

Umm, I don't want to make this worse - but it's been a requirement for ages that the internal temperature of the sausage exceed a safe level. So we had to check each one with a meat temperature probe. Still, the only way I'd eat a Bunnings sausage is if it was very well cooked ...
