But if it’s down, the next person that uses it might get hit with a wall of odour depending on the previous use... If it’s up - the odour has a chance to dissipate...Quote:

On my dunny I have a combination timer. When the light is switched off the fan continues for another 5 mins then shuts off. Being in a fire risk area an exterior opening window was out of the question.
Oh yeah, Down, 'cos it makes it more convenient for 'er indoors who may be next off the rank & you could be looking to gain a few Brownie Points.[biggrin] No pun intended btw.
