Seems they can't put it over the Mobile Phone... "There is a fire in your area" system as that is only for Emergency use. Wackos! Change the bloody message & get it incorporated, idiots. In this day & age it can't be that difficult, it just needs the will to do it..
So in short, the heavy litter fall hasn't been burnt in 30 odd years & is waiting for a bloody neer do well to chuck a match or other incendiary device over the fence.
They would find the time to attend then without all the bumf & excuses.

they wont allow the local fire brigade to do a fuel reduction burn in the local reserve.
things like this contribute to the severity of a fire if one starts
Going back 450million years the CO2 levels where much higher - generally estimated above 3000ppm, however the suns output was around 4% lower than current. So I do agree with Tombie that the sun does have a significant effect, but I agree with Rick here in that the current changes are happening too quickly to be blamed solely on sun output and Earth orbitQuote:
