OK back in room after the two knee replacements , check by nurses everu 1/2 hr. Was up standing about 1 1/2 hr ago & about 4 steps. So all good so far. Back fron 6 to 3 pain level . Doctor tells me pain level will be up after taking pain killer tubes out of knees.

Hope for quick and complete recovery.
A least I have AULRO to keep me entertained. Lots of good reading on here even with out being able to view attachments on phone & tablet.
Hope these air bags pumping blood in my legs are not one that have a recall . Don't know rego no so can't see if are on recall list.
Haha. Not helping me to get to sleep but better than getting clots.
Been up for another walk this morning. Feel sick every time I stand up
Don't rush your desire to move. Your body has had a severe shock and rest is vital if recovery is to be complete.
Not these days, doctors now want people to move more during recovery, as doing nothing results in longer recovery times. I'd say just follow your doctor's and associated straff recommendations and if you are experiencing ANY difficulties let them know immediately. Yes, rest is required, but don't over do it.
All the best for a speedy recovery.
