I wont post his details here for security reasons but I have written a couple of letters to him. Hes not interested in selling it yet. Hes using it for its intended purpose to trek through Oz. He is aware of its history though so im sure it is in good hands. I have several photos of it somewhere that I took about two years ago. It still looks exactly the same. Thats what caused me to come to an emergency stop when my wife saw it parked in his driveway.

I went up to my local library this arvo - the 2 disc dvd was checked out, someone beat me to it!! - so I borrowed his video with the first 4 episodes on it. Also borrowed a couple of his books on stories of survival back in the settlement days. Just read about the cannibal convict down in Tasmania. I remember watching that series. Anyway, I have something to read now when we head down to Jindabyne and Tumut next week for a little getaway!!Quote:
