Why would a 14 month old kiddie be alone in an annexe?
Define annexe. We're relying on people who call a truck and dog a road train, or a backhoe a bulldozer.
Perhaps they should be given a bag of flour to practice with beforehand as in the TV show "Frasier"
Frasier notices that Eddie has begun ripping Niles's son to bits.
Flour is all over the couch.
Frasier: Oh, dear.
Niles: What?
Frasier: Eddie.
Daphne: [Australian accent:] That dingo's got your baby!
Niles notices and stands up to go to the rescue.
Niles: Oh God, Eddie!
Daphne: Don't worry, I'll clean up that mess, Dr. Crane.

Enough of the confected outrage Bob, If you re-read my post carefully you will see that it is written in the future tense. I'll elucidate, "they" is the authorities (as per 4bee's O.P.) when handing out 4wd, camping permits, etc, they can put on a course for child minding, making people aware of the dangers, as if that hasn't been done already, to wit Lindy Chamberlain, etc, over the years.
No confected outrage. Just trying to understand why some one would think it's funny to post about a baby being ripped apart when a 14 month old baby is in hospital with a fractured skull. Especially when you could have posted what you have above. Still can't . No outrage, that's the internet, I guess.
