    Fair dinkum. Accident as claimed or not, those with police powers are highly trained and therefore often held to a higher standard. Bloody terrible situation.

    US$28 Million as Compo, will not bring her back but certainly suggests life is worth something. Get killed on Victorian roads and the TAC payout is bugger all, and suing the other party you get nothing like that!.
