I've had a downhill/ cross country MTB that came with nylon liners between the tyre tread area and the tubes ...........no punctures at all in 15 years, including 200kms from Inglewood to Halls Gap last year.

(yes I've changed the full blown knobbies to something more suitable after that ride)

"Will you be wearing short sleeves?" "Nah a duffle coat with a sub crew pully woolover. Of Course we will."

That little quip is probably going to get me an ex- Quarry worker with a 6" needle. They made it sound like it was their idea. Bastards!

Hey Divs, I bet your one didn't include checking under the bonnet for Oil, Water & battery top up..

Rethink. Ah, that would explain the big Yellow Seashell on the big neon sign. A word 'er indoors, in your shell like.........

FWIW. For Ride-on Mowers my repairer inserts a strip of heavy lounge room Carpet in between the tube & inner tyre face. Gives thorns somewher to go before hitting the tube.

Seems to work ok, but depends if one takes their Mower across the Kalahari or not.

Re dog poo, in Doomadgee we just water the yard regularly & the Dung Beetles get rid of any dog poo in a couple of hours.
    Easy.

Darn tootin' Paul, everything in Queensland is bigger and better.
We called them goatsheads because they were the same size.
***** (stab) ya foot? They came out through the top!

I grew up with "3-corners", but round here they seem to be "catheads".
