I tell you what: If one of those imbeciles handling the animal in the ring in that manner did the same with any stud ram in Australia they would end up wearing their crook where the sun doesn't shine!

At about 10 ish the only time I was not tossing sheep into the drench was for the rams.

But sometimes we are, James. One brought me down in our top paddock a few years ago. Butted me behind the knees. Not once but 3 times as I tried to get up. Kersplat!

Not sure if I was attractive to him rather than his girls.. Luckily I had a dried willow branch that I could reach & so kept him at bay until that broke. He then gave up after a few clouts on the bonce seemed to knock some sense into him.

Fortunately he was De-horned, but his bonce was like a Cannon Ball. And speaking of balls, he did have a massive pair of those as well.
