According to this article U.S. geoengineering research gets a lift with $4 million from Congress | Science | AAAS the experiment hasn't hasn't happened yet (as of Jan 2020) and if it does it would be the release of a kilo of Calcium Carbonate at a height of 12 KM so hardly likely to trigger the downfall of human civilisation

Rumoured is.... some pop-ups were incomplete re: medical gasses & services, plus details like kitchens.... bathrooms... were inadequate.Possibly 'cos they are the only ones that know how it could be done? After all it can't be that difficult J2, if one has done that with an IKEA package it should be a doddle to shove a Hospital in.
Then again, it might just be like pulling two strings & it all collapses back to it's prepacked form.
Then there was the issue of 'Staffing' or rather, lack thereof - despite many retired NHS Nurses & Medicos offering to return for the duration...- Could have been deployed to 'normal' hospitals, leaving the younger, less vulnerable, to take on COVID care. Didn't happen.
But by Golly, they Looked IMPRESSIVE !

Concern being, it wasn't planned to stop at one experiment... And Goat is stupid / evil enough to persist... This seems to be a reaction to Dr Zelenko's claims of his own experience of treating with HCQ plus zinc etc. I've seen a comparison graphic, showing several other doctors using HCQ in various ways / doses and their relative results. Sorry, can't re-locate it at present, but consensus was good.
Elsewhere, the supplement Quercetin (found in fruit skins for example, a flavonoid) is regarded as interchangeable with HCQ regarding zinc transport into cells.

Just a note on 'MATH+' for COVID treatment. - ascribed (above) solely to Dr Paul Marik. - It's a collaboration and work in progress. - Go to the site for latest updates.
Marik IS largely responsible for Sepsis treatment, 'HAT' which in his ICU had such clear results, that Management made it SOP for all the other hospitals in the chain.
(The same treatment our TGA forbids in Australia.- don't ask how I know !)

Although on reflection, I did think at the time that my Field of Vision was a bit lopsided but I had no problems having a slash.
