It is still 110kph (100kph when towing and for trucks) as far as I am aware.
I wouldn't worry about the "Hoons" you are holding up when sitting on the limit because at the speed they like to drive at they won't be around too long anyway

The speed they drive at doesn't bother me, it's the stupidity and incompetence they display at any speed. The sheer arrogance and rudeness shown towards many other drivers on the roads is disgraceful.
I love driving and like to sit back and watch the idiots. Except those like the MoHo driver recently on the IOD who wouldn't do more than 80kph and wandered everywhere whilst holding up many cars.
Must be one of the most frustrating places anywhere to drive.

The vast majority of roads in WA are great to drive It just that for some strange reason the IOD is a ****wit magnet and I tend to steer well away from that road if humanly possible.
I have given up counting the near misses on that road.

Like the young girl who i had to pull over and wave pass yesterday going from Yanchep to Two Rocks on the access road , tried to overtake on double lines after she overtook the vehicle behind me and found out that there was a concrete devider leading up to a round a bout in the middle of the road made her get back behind in a hurry , anyway i would rather her front of me than behind so i got out of her way after the round a bout , ,she was either full drugs drugs or ****ed or in some sought of (to her) emergancy situation , or just a plain idiot . Either way she wont have a long life expectency if she continues driving in that fashion .
