Snowing at the AFL game in Canberra

I remember it snowed at an NRL game back in the day. Could give the Raiders the edge tomorrow.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

Seems like the Victorians were smart to go to Winter Wombat last weekend, when accounts say it was relatively balmy, rather than waiting till this weekend, when it is apparently rather chilly.
I wish you southerners would keep your miserable weather south of the border though, it's seeping over onto Godzown, where 1 degree is forecast for Toowoomba on Monday and it's also chilly at Maleny tonight.
Geez, if this keeps up I might have to turn the Defender's heater back on. It's normally redundant up here.

Yes, we were bloody lucky with the weather last weekend. Was up near the campsite today - some snow around on the sides of the road on the hills near there and a gale force southerly buster. Temp was showing 4 degrees on the dash and the observations for the area showed an apparent temp of -2. 😁

Do you want me to send you a teaspoon of cement or two for the upcoming cooler weather? 😉

My mate said it snowed at Castlemaine in Victoria, not sure if enough to affect the local club games of AFL/VFL.

That's nothing ..... I went to school in Ballarat - we had snow on the ground each winter, played rugby in sleet and Lake Wendouree froze over. These young people have got it easy these days.
