What about in town itself anyone know good options there? Obviously there will be plenty of options but perhaps some are reknown as better than others value wise?
Have you considered a cabin in Brownhill Creek Caravan Park?

    Great place.

want to do that as she's been to Hahndorf a million times.
If one is an Adelaidian one would have been at least a million times. If you go, don't forget to vear ze Lederhosen slapenzee Leder Pants & ze socks stuff.

Re Largs Pier Hotel. You might get a great rate if you offer to clean the myriad of windows in that joint , never counted them but there is quite a "few".. It used to be accommodation for outgoing & incoming passengers from. ships. Nowadays, probably illicit lovers having it away.

Only ever been there twice in my short life as it is diagonally opposite or 180* from here although when the Overseas Shipping Terminal wasn't being used much before Cruise Ships, we'd often go down to Outer Harbour for lunch to the Seafood Restaurant in the terminal & think nothing of it although we did live a bit closer then..

    Ah happy days.

My mates Dad owned the LPH with his brother back in the days when Jimmy and the boys would regularly entertain the punters.

I had some interesting evenings in that place back then!
It had a tougher clientele then, softened over the years.

I hope Tom Kruse's (the Outback Mailman) old restored truck is still there.

My old Dad would share a bottle of Rum on the roadside with Tom when their paths crossed. No idea who supplied the rum, maybe it was taken off Tom's load?

You have left your run very late to book anywhere - let alone at a reasonable price.
