We got a total of 69mm out at the farm last week, the dam has filled enough to pump about 15,000 litres into the tank that has been just about empty since January. The spring that feeds the dam still hasn't recovered though and the creek still isn't running so we have a way to go yet before we can say that we are out of the drought. We've got plenty of oats and green feed though and the dams with a reasonable catchment are full.

Good to hear some positive news at last.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

We got full dams as well, might also get a crop of wheat in,but a bit more rain this month would be good.

The Merinos don’t need feeding anymore which is good,Dorpers are fattening up and breeding some.

Often get storms this time of year,so fingers crossed.

We do need more follow up rain to really get things moving.

    South of St George.

One property can get good rain, where the neighbours get nothing, just the way it is at times.

Some stormy weather heading for the west. Could fill your water tanks.

Storm heading for WA this weekend, bringing rain, wind and waves just as coronavirus travel bans ease

3mm yesterday. Not the 5-10mm forecast, but better than nothing.
