Well we did get something that made the grass wet , only just for 5 min's , looks like it has gone now , will see what tomorrow brings.
I am glad I am not a farmer reliant on the BOM to know if I should or shouldn't plant . [bighmmm]

Sorry about the double post had not appeared the 1st time even after 5min's so thought I had done it wrong .
Most of the farmers here Don't rely on BOM or any other forecasting platform, They simply rely on experience from growing crops year in and year out over decades and in many cases several generations farming the same farm[thumbsupbig]Quote:

I think hughies done and dusted ....dust will become operative word....I looked at extended rain forecast and there is really nothing for the next 30 days.
Quite a lot forecast here for Saturday night - we'll see!
We had steady showers here most of the morning the guy over the road was trying to do some cementing , then I put fertilizer on the grass & the sun came out , so out with the sprinkler to water it in.[bigsad] I do think there will be more over night & may be tomorrow.
It was a lovely morning here and about lunchtime the clouds came in from the west. Only a few heavy showers so far but we're supposed to get 10 - 20 mm
